Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return Policy

At Axilator Premium Inner Wear, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. Therefore, returns are not accepted once the product has been dispatched.

As innerwear is a personal care product, we do not allow returns after shipment under any circumstances.

Refund Policy

We follow a no refund policy. Once an order is successfully placed and dispatched, it is not eligible for cancellation or monetary refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is only applicable in case you have received a wrong product.

  • The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video must be recorded from start to finish without cuts.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Claims without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted.

Once verified by our quality team, we will initiate the exchange process.

Important Guidelines

  • Please ensure the shipping label is clearly visible in the unboxing video.
  • Do not remove tags or dispose of packaging until the product is checked.
  • Any damaged or tampered package must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
  • Axilator reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above criteria.
